Privacy Policy

1. Overview
This policy explains what data the Dok Drama app collects, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. Dok Drama collects the minimum data needed to run the service and to show ads. We do not sell your personal data.
2. Data We Collect
Account data: your email address, or a Google sign-in identifier, if you
create an account. You can browse as a guest without an account, in which case an anonymous
identifier is used instead.
Usage data: watch history, playback progress, unlocked episodes, likes,
watchlist, and coin activity. This is what lets the app resume an episode where you left off
and keep your unlocked episodes across devices.
Device and diagnostic data: app version, operating system version, crash
reports, and performance diagnostics, used to fix bugs.
Advertising data: your device's advertising identifier, and an approximate
location derived from your IP address, collected by our advertising partners to select and
measure ads. We do not request or collect precise GPS location, and the app never asks for
location permission.
3. How We Use It
To run core features (playback, unlocking episodes, rewards and coins), to recommend titles you may like, to keep the coin economy fair by preventing abuse of daily reward limits, to diagnose crashes, and to show and measure rewarded ads.
4. Advertising
Dok Drama shows rewarded video ads, which you may watch voluntarily to earn coins. These ads are served by Google AdMob and Unity Ads. Those providers receive your advertising identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and ad-interaction information, and they act as independent controllers of that data under their own privacy policies:
You can limit ad personalisation at any time from your device: on Android, open Settings → Privacy → Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID. Ads will still appear, but will be less personalised.
5. Third-Party Processors
We use Supabase for authentication, database storage, and video hosting. Supabase processes this data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments. Advertising partners are listed in section 4 above.
6. Data Retention
Account and usage data is kept for as long as your account exists. When you request deletion, your account and its associated data are removed within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate figures that cannot identify you, such as total view counts on a title, may be retained.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You can request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account at any time — see the Account & Data Deletion page for the exact steps, or email us at porfakor@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to correct your data, object to certain processing, or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Children's Privacy
Dok Drama is not directed at children. The app is rated for teenage and adult audiences, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes, and will announce material changes in the app.
